Somerset Surabaya Hotel & Serviced Residence, we are 4 star hotel located in West Surabaya is seeking for dynamic and qualified personnel to fill the positions as:
“HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER”
Requirements and Qualifications:
– Male/Female, max 45 years
– Has relevant educational background with the position being applied, minimal S1 (prefer Law/Psychology )
– Strong interpersonal and leadership
– Excellent command in both written and spoken English, and computer literate
– Has experience in hotel background minimal 5 years in a similar position in hospitality industry
– Understand and also implementation the labor regulation
– Accustomed to dealing with issues related to industrial relations
– Accustomed to give the training to the employees
– Understand and able to work the payroll
